Q:I get an error message that says "Not a Valid Win32 Application..." when I download Poker Wingman. How do I fix this?

A: You see this message because you have either a copy of Poker Wingman already installed, AND/OR a copy in your Temporary Internet Files folder. To solve this problem, simply go to Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Poker Wingman. To clear your Temporary Internet Files folder, simply open your web browser and select Tools | Delete Browser History | Temporary Internet Files. Once complete please close and restart your browser and then download Poker Wingman.

A: Yes! The basic version of Poker Wingman is a free poker odds calculator and does not expire. If you want extra features you can buy Poker Wingman Pro.

If you purchased Poker Wingman Pro, your license code is listed in your order confirmation email. Just Copy and Paste the code into the Enter Pro Code button and hit Enter.

Q:I'm upgrading to Poker Wingman Pro, how do I activate it?

A: If you already have Poker Wingman Basic installed, select Enter Pro Code on the bottom of the main screen. COPY and PASTE (do not transcribe) the license code that was emailed when you ordered Poker Wingman Pro; this will automatically unlock the Pro features in Poker Wingman.

If the Enter button does not light up, then you may have accidentally copied and pasted a space before or after the license code. Please backspace this out without erasing any digits.

There is no need to download a new version of Poker Wingman.

A: Poker Wingman is a free poker odds calculator for playing online poker. The basic version of Poker Wingman is available for free and works with most popular online poker rooms.

Q:How do I connect Poker Wingman to a Poker Room?

A: Simple. First, to get Poker Wingman online poker help, make sure you are connected to the internet. Then launch your favorite online poker room client that you have installed on your computer. Then launch Poker Wingman and press the green Connect Button. When successfully connected, Poker Wingman will change from Connect to Connected and will begin to automatically read the cards in play.

In order for Poker Wingman to read your cards, your poker table must always be set to the cascade size. To return a table to cascade size, please go to the View menu in Poker Stars and select Cascade Tables. You can then refresh Poker Wingman by hitting the Connected button again.
Try going to the Options menu in Poker Stars and ensuring that the 4-color deck is turned OFF.
If you are using any advanced themes, please go to the View | Themes menu in Poker Stars and select the Poker Stars default theme. Please also note that your deck should be set to a Standard Deck, which can be checked on the Deck button of the Themes window.

Tips on Connecting to Bodog Poker:Poker Wingman Online Poker Help

Please ensure you're only playing one table of poker.

Please go to the Bodog room manager and click on Preferences | Table Settings and ensure you have selected Separate Windows layout. While Poker Wingman will also read a Picture in Picture table, we recommend Separate Windows.
If you're using the Picture in Picture view, please turn off the previous table view.
Also under the Preferences tab, please go to Game Play Settings and ensure that 4-color deck is NOT selected.

Tips on Connecting to Full Tilt Poker:Poker Wingman Online Poker Help

Please ensure you're only playing one table of poker.
Please ensure that no windows are covering your poker window or Poker Wingman, nor that they are covering each other. Your poker window should be fully visible on your screen.
In order for Poker Wingman to read your cards, your poker window must be set to default size. Please go to the Layout Menu at your table and select Set to Default Size. You can then hit Connected in Poker Wingman to refresh the connection.
Try going to the Options menu in Full Tilt and ensuring that the 4-color deck is turned OFF, Full Card is OFF, and Auto-Center is turned ON.
Usually Full Tilt sits you at the bottom center of the table, that is the 6 o'clock position. If Full Tilt sits you elsewhere, please select the bottom seat, right click and select 'put me here'. (Note: this will not be an issue if Auto-Center is turned ON, as above).
Currently, Poker Wingman will support the Classic style table, but not the Race Track style. You can switch to the classic style table in the Options Menu | Table View.

For XP users, Poker Wingman will only work with a cascade-size poker window. To restore the cascade size, please go to the Options menu at your table and select Cascade Tables, then reconnect by hitting Connected in Poker Wingman. For Vista users, your Absolute Poker window will be automatically resized by Poker Wingman.
In the Options menu at your poker table please ensure that your deck is set to 2-color, not 4-color.
Please note for Vista users, only Classic Table View is currently supported. To switch to Classic go to Options menu at your table and select Change Table View.
